We look back on the success of our soccer schools...
With half-term this week, the Community Team have been busy running Soccer Schools in the local area.
Along with all the children in attendance the coaches were also joined by a number of special guests during the week.
Children had the opportunity to be captained by Jack Payne, coached by Ben Strevens, play alongside Adam Barrett and score past Tom Flanagan to name a few.
While children at our Goalkeeper and Striker day were treated to a masterclass by young goalkeeper Daren Hawkes and top scorer Danny Kedwell, both were on hand to give top tips and offer advice to the youngsters in attendance. Players were also on hand to hand out certificates and vouchers for free tickets, sign plenty of autographs and get in on some photos.
Thank you to all the children who have attended and your parents for bringing you along we hope you’ve all enjoyed yourselves and thank you to all the players who attended and made the days that extra bit special for the children.
