DESIGN A T-SHIRT COMPETITION

Your chance to have t-shirt design worn by Gills players...

We are pleased to invite you to take part in the annual ‘One Game One Community’ week's of action event, 18th to 29th October 2012.

Each year we run a competition to promote the anti-racism and anti-discrimination message and to give local children the chance to be a part of Gillingham Football Club.

Last years’ ’Design a T-Shirt’ Competition was a great success and saw us receive nearly a thousand entries. One winner was picked who had their T-shirt made up and presented to them at our home game against Oxford on 22nd October, the game also saw our substitutes wearing the winning T-shirt during the game.

This year, and due to the success of last years’ competition, we are asking children at Infant, Junior and Primary Schools to get creative once again and design a T-Shirt to wow the judges.

In addition to this, all of the Gillingham substitutes will wear the shirt for their warm-up throughout the game and we will feature the winner in our match day programme.

All you need to do is to fill out one of the shirt design sheets and return it to the club along with your completed entry form. We will get a selection of first team players and management to pick their favourites before holding a vote to determine the winner.

The shirts themselves will be orange and the design will be printed over the top. To help with the design we have included a selection of logos for you to use if you wish.

Once we have picked a winner we will contact you to let you know and give you the details regarding your attendance at the Burton Albion game. We will also contact your school about holding a presentation assembly.

Closing date is 5:00pm 12th October 2012.
