SEASON TICKET COLLECTION NEWS

Due to a delivery issue the club have put back season ticket collections date for 24 hours

Gillingham F.C. would like to advise supporters that, due to a delivery problem, we have had to delay our season ticket collection date by 24 hours. Season ticket books will now be ready for collection from 9.00am on Thursday 25 July 2013 from the G.F.C. Ticket Office on Redfern Avenue.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to supporters, unfortunately the delay is due to circumstances beyond the club’s control.

Personal callers that received a receipt for payment of their season ticket book should bring that receipt with them and/or a form of identification.  Post, fax or internet applicants require a form of identification.  Identification can include driving licence or passport.

We would prefer if you collected the season ticket books, but if you live outside of the area or are unable to collect for some other reason and would like it posted, please email ticketoffice@priestfield.com not forgetting to include your address, seat details and customer number.

Season Ticket books will be sent out by Recorded Delivery, therefore a signature is required when you receive them.  The deadline for these to be posted out is by 5.00pm on Wednesday 30 July.

If you haven’t done so already, we still require a passport sized photograph for the ID card in your season ticket book.  We do need your photograph as soon as possible, as we cannot make your season ticket book available for collection until we receive this.

Please ensure we receive the photographs at least 24 hours before you come to collect your book.  You can send the photograph by post or email to ticketoffice@priestfield.com, bring the photograph into the GFC Ticket Office in person, or we can take your photograph with our digital camera in the GFC Ticket Office (service not available on match days).

The Ticket Office is open 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, hours will be extended to 9.00am – 8.00pm on Thursday 25 July & 1 August, we also open 9am – 1pm on Saturdays.  Please note that on Matchdays books can only be collected up until 2pm.
