Following overnight rain in the Medway area match referee Andrew Madley arrived at MEMS Priestfield Stadium this morning for a 10.00am pitch inspection ahead of Gillingham’s Sky Bet League 1 match with Swindon Town.Groundsmen Tony and Jay have worked tirelessly over the past 24 hours to clear any excess water from the playing surface and following a brief inspection referee Madley was satisfied that the game can go ahead.
