Don't miss your chance to enter Kick it Out's annual design competition
We are pleased to invite you to take part in the annual ‘One Game One Community’ Season of Action 2013-14.Kick It Out marked 20 years of campaigning in August and each year we run a competition to promote the anti-racism message and to give local children the chance to be a part of Gillingham Football Club.
For the last two seasons we have run a ’Design a T-Shirt’ Competition, which has proved very successful and a great way of spreading the message to the local community.
We have received over 3000 entries in the last two seasons and have seen some amazing designs resulting in three winners who have had their T-shirts made up and presented to them at a home game, which also saw our substitutes wearing the winning T-shirts during the match.

This season we are again asking children to get creative and design a T-Shirt to wow the judges. This season we are extending the competition to two age groups, Year 1 to Year 6 and Year 7 to Year 11.
The T-shirt needs to include the ‘One Game One Community’ Logo and an anti-racism message. A winner from each age group will be selected and will have their T-shirt made and presented to them at our home game against Port Vale on Saturday 1st February 2014.
In addition to this, all of the Gillingham substitutes will wear the shirt for their warm-up throughout the game and we will feature the winners in our match day programme.
All you need to do is to fill out one of the shirt design sheets below and return it to the club;

A selection of first team players and management will pick their favourites before holding a vote to determine the winners.
The shirts themselves will be orange and the design will be printed over the top. To help with the design we have attached a selection of logos for you to use if you wish. Closing date is Thursday 23rd January 2014, 5.00pm.
Once we have picked our two winners we will contact their schools about holding a presentation assembly and details about their presence at our home game against Port Vale FC.
