Gillingham FC return to pre-season training
Gills began their preparations for the new season on Wednesday as the entire squad returned for pre-season training.Manager Peter Taylor and Assistant boss Andy Hessenthaler put on a light session for the players, ensuring everybody got up to speed gently.
It's been nearly two months since Gillingham contested their last game of the 2013/14 season against Shrewsbury, and there were a few new faces to welcome with Jermaine McGlashan, Glenn Morris, Aaron Morris, Doug Loft, Brennan Dickenson and Josh Pritchard all joining in.
The squad's first match of pre-season is next Friday away at Folkestone, but they will travel to Colchester next week for a short training camp before taking on a number of friendly fixtures.
