JOE PIGOTT RECALLED BY CHARLTON

Joe Pigott has been recalled by parent club Charlton Athletic following a loan spell at Priestfield

Joe Pigott has today returned to parent club Charlton Athletic after the Addicks recalled the striker from his loan spell at MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

The striker scored once in seven appearances for the club, that coming in his first full start in a 2-1 win over Carlisle at Brunton Park on February 8.

He extended his initial one month stay earlier this month, but new Charlton boss Jose Riga has taken Joe back to the Valley as the club look to maintain Championship status.

He is available for Charlton's away game against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.
