The GFC Community Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated National Citizen Service (NCS) Coordinator to organise and deliver our 2015 NCS project for young people aged 16-17 across Medway and Swale.The key role of the coordinator is to lead the recruitment and retention of a pre-set number of young people, plan, organise and deliver the induction week, residential, multiple planning weeks and prepare the groundwork for a successful final week of social action projects. They will lead all aspects of the project with a small team including administration.
The role may also include other responsibilities for suitable candidates, including being the lead coach for the clubs community based coaching. This will involve management responsibilities and could develop into a senior position within the organisation.
