Manager Comments:

Steve Davis – "They're solid in most departments so it's another challenge, but we're looking forward to it on the back of the good result we had in beating Barnsley last week.”

Justin Edinburgh - “This league is wide open and week in, week out there are always results where people think ‘where did that come from?’ or ‘how did that happen?’.

“The inevitable will happen if you think you are already going to be collecting the points. As players and staff, we certainly won’t have that mentality.”

Previous Meetings:

The clubs last met at the Alexandra Stadium in January where the Gills were unlucky to lose 3-1 after a couple of debatable decisions.

This was the second game taken care of by the `Gang of Four, ` and it sparked a solid unbeaten run which stretched until the end of February.

In total the two clubs have met on 47 occasions – of those the Gills have won 17, Crewe edge the stats with 22 victories and the other eight fixtures have resulted in a draw.

Betting:

Crewe win – 3/1
Draw – 11/4
Gillingham  win – 17/20

Special Bet: Luke Norris to score first in a 3-2 Gillingham win – 85/1.
