CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR VACANCIES

Gillingham FC currently has exciting new vacancies available at MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

Gillingham FC is currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants and Events Coordinators to join our growing team at MEMS Priestfield Stadium. 

Since the club announced it was taking over the conference and banqueting operations at the stadium, recruitment has taken place to employ part time staff to ensure the club’s high standards of service delivery are implemented.

After a successful opening period, full time positions have become available and we are now looking for talented, dedicated individuals who can create new business and drive our strategy forwards and maintain existing relationships. 

Successful applicant’s duties will include: 
  • Planning innovative and exciting events
  • Designing events and methods to improve customer experience
  •  and overseeing a busy events schedule at Kent's only Football League CluboordinatingC
  • Account Management
  • Generating new business
  •  with corporate customers and sponsorsLiaising
You must have use of your own car and your working hours will be Monday - Friday (9am-5.30pm) including match days and special events. 

You will receive a competitive basic salary.
