GIRLS CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE OPPORTUNITIES

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified staff for positions at our Regional Talent Club (formerly Girls Centre of Excellence) for the new 2016-2017 season

With the restructuring of the current girls’ England talent pathway clubs have been invited to apply for Regional Talent Club (RTC) licence status for 2016-2017.

RTCs will replace the current Centre of Excellence and Player Development Centre model and will deliver enhanced coaching and support, designed to further enhance the development of elite female players.

Please note all positions are subject to the award of a Regional Talent Club Licence for season 2016-17. At this point full details of training times and locations will also be finalised.

In preparation for the award of a licence for the 2016-17 Season, we are inviting suitably qualified staff to apply for the various positions at the club:

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
U14 & U16 HEAD COACH
U14 & U16 ASSISTANT COACH
U10 & U12 HEAD COACH
U10 & U12 ASSISTANT COACH
GOALKEEPING COACH

The RTC will cater for U10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups and will revert back to running alongside the academic year, starting in September. This change will also mean that for the first time, girls’ U10 and U12 teams compete in boys’ leagues, to enable players to further develop both technically and physically.

Successful candidates need to be hardworking, flexible, outgoing and self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality performance. Applicants should also be reliable, determined, and keen for the opportunity of a new experience.

Pay would be subject to position, qualifications and experience. Training will take place in the evenings in and Kent during the domestic season, with a weekend fixture program, with games both home and away.

If you are interested in the above positions please send a covering letter with your coaching CV, stating which position you are applying for to:
