Full-time staff required at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium
Gillingham Football Club is looking to recruit full-time customer sales and service centre staff for the start of the 2016/17 season.The role involves handling customer enquiries, converting calls in to sales, making outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. You will also be part of the matchday operations team for every first-team home game.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, plus relevant computer applications, are desirable.
