Nelson signs new two-year deal at the Gills
Gillingham’s number one, Stuart Nelson has today signed a new deal at Gillingham Football Club.
The 34-year-old goalkeeper, who joined the Gills in 2012 has agreed a new two-year deal, keeping at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium until 2018.
Nelson came third in Gillingham Football Club’s Player of the Year awards in May, after impressing as the team’s first-choice goalkeeper all season, playing every game and keeping 14 clean sheets.
Today's announcement follows Aaron Morris signing a contract extension at the club last week.
