The playmaker’s goal against Sheffield United was voted by Gills fans
Bradley Dack’s goal against Sheffield United has been voted as the September Goal of the Month by Gillingham supporters.
The Gills scored eight goals in the second month of the season, including three in a thriller against Chesterfield at the Proact Stadium, when Scott Wagstaff secured point for the Gills in time added on.
Dack took the prize for his curling free-kick against the Blades, in front of the Sky Sports cameras, and beat second placed Cody McDonald’s strike against Coventry City by some distance.
It wasn’t the first time the Gills’ number 23 has conjured up a piece of magic against the South Yorkshire side, however. Dack’s goal against the Blades on the opening day of the 2015/16 season came second in the Gills’ Goal of the Season competition at the Player of the Year awards back in May.
