THE GILLS WELCOME CHARLTON

Charlton make their way to Gillingham for the first time since 2009

The Gills welcome Charlton Athletic to the MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Saturday, for our first home fixture against a local team of this Sky Bet League One season.

Charlton have been given up to 2,800 tickets for this eagerly-anticipated fixture, and will be situated in the Brian Moore Stand.

The club has put a range of requirements in place for season ticket holders and general supporters, with a previous purchase history needed to secure their tickets for this game, to minimise the risk of away fans accessing home areas.

However, from a commercial perspective, we permit fans of opposition clubs into our hospitality areas for every match and this will be no different for the south London club’s first visit in seven years.

There will also be some Charlton supporters invited in to our executive boxes, as well as those sitting in corporate areas, all of whom have been vetted by Charlton Athletic Football Club, and are here to enjoy watching their team play at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium.

As previously mentioned, we have adhered to a strict ticket sales policy for our supporters, however some may have purchased tickets for friends who may be Charlton fans, and they should fully understand that they are responsible for their guests' behaviour.

We expect both home and away fans to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner so everyone can enjoy the game.

There is still some availability, so please secure your ticket via the club’s online ticketing service (click here), by calling the customer service centre on (01634) 300000, or in person at the MEMS Priestfield Stadium’s megastore and ticket office.
