GILLS VS APPRENTICES CHARITY MATCH

The Gills staff will play a friendly game in support of Cancer Research UK

The Gillingham Football Club Community Trust (GFFCT) are organising a charity football match in support of Cancer Research UK.

The game will see staff from across the Trust and Club take on a team made up of our Teaching Assistant and Sports Coach Apprentices, who work in schools across the county.

As well as making for a fun, competitive game to watch, the match is also an opportunity for the school communities our apprentices work with to come together, fundraise, and learn about the important work that Cancer Research UK do.

Apprentices are encouraging children at their schools to donate £1 to the match in support of their favourite side, which will also enter them into a raffle to win Gills tickets.

The game will take place on the new state-of-the-art 3G facility at KSports in Cobdown, Maidstone on Wednesday, April 12, kicking off at 3.30pm.

Come down to cheer the teams on and show your support!
