The match will take place on Tuesday November 7, 7.45 kick-off, at MEMS Priestfield Stadium.
Steve Lovell’s side have already qualified following wins over Southend and Colchester, but a 100% record can be achieved if the Gills can defeat Reading’s U21 side.
