Keeper departs Priestfield.
Steve Arnold has agreed, along with the club, to terminate his contract at MEMS Priestfield Stadium with immediate effect.
The goalkeeper, 28, made two appearances for the Gills after signing a one-year deal in August of 2017. Both of those came in the Checkatrade Trophy, impressing at home against Southend United (2-1) before keeping a clean sheet against Colchester in October (0-1).
He also featured in the penalty shoot-out victory against Phoenix Sports in the Kent Senior Cup.
The club would like to thank Steve for his services while at Priestfield and we wish him well for the future.
We'd also like to wish Jesse Starkey all the best following the expiration of his contract. He made one substitute appearance, that coming against Scunthorpe on September 26.
