Gills first-team to take on Colchester in late July.
Gillingham will play Colchester United at the JobServe Community Stadium in a pre-season friendly on Saturday July 28, 3pm kick-off.
This will be the final first-team fixture before the opening game of the season, which is against Accrington Stanley at the Crown Ground on Saturday August 4 (3pm).
A younger Gills side will visit Thamesmead Town at Princes Park in another friendly fixture, also scheduled for a 3pm start.
