Greg Cundle extends Kingstonian loan deal

Loan stint agreed for Cundle.

Greg Cundle has agreed to extend his loan with Kingstonian until Saturday April 7.

The 20-year-old was restricted to just three appearances in his opening month with the club due to injury, however he is now reaching full fitness once again and should be available for the game against Tonbridge Angels on Saturday.

Cundle has featured 10 times for the Gills this season, scoring once in the 7-5 win over Reading in the Checkatrade Trophy at Priestfield.

However he hasn’t appeared for Gillingham since December 30 and manager Steve Lovell is keen for the forward to get more games under his belt.

In other news, Jack Tucker has returned to Priestfield following a work experience loan agreement with Greenwich Borough.
