Three of the club's younger squad members have agreed loan deals.
Danny Divine, Jack Tucker and Henry Woods have all agreed one month youth loan deals away from the Medway Priestfield Stadium.
Divine, 18, and Woods, 19, have agreed to join Sittingbourne while Tucker, also 19, has joined Hastings United. All deals run until December 31.
Right-back Divine, who has recently returned from injury, featured in Gills 4-0 win over Cheltenham in the FA Youth Cup while Henry Woods made his debut for the first-team as a second half sub in the 2-1 win over Crawley Town in the Checkatrade Trophy at Priestfield earlier this month.
Tucker has played three times for the Gills first-team, most recently in the defeat to Tottenham Hotspur U21 at the Valley.
Divine and Woods are eligible to make their debuts for Sittingbourne at home to VCD Athletic on Saturday, while Tucker could feature against East Grinstead Town.
Both clubs play in the Bostik South East Division with Hastings currently 2nd and Sittingbourne in 14th.
Good luck to all three players.
