Midfielder leaves Gillingham Football Club.
Darren Oldaker has today left Gillingham FC after the club, along with the player, decided to terminate his contract by mutual consent.
While at Priestfield, Darren made 33 appearances and scored five goals – one of which coming against Slough Town in the FA Cup last season.
DJ released the news via his personal twitter page on Wednesday morning having been with Gills for four years.
Manager Steve Evans said: “DJ is a talented lad who now needs to play regular Football.
“He is a very capable Footballer and we all wish him every success in choosing whatever club he does.”
Gillingham Football Club would like to thank DJ for his services and we wish him every success for the future.
