I would like to say a very Good Afternoon to all Gills fans, far and near, that are travelling to Doncaster to be with us tomorrow or not.
We have started our journey north, and my thanks go to Rotherham United Chairman Tony Stewart for affording us the training facilities at the Millers as we prepare for a big day.
Opening days in any Football League campaign, or any local or national Football, are fantastic occasions and all I will ask of my players is to play with the passion, pride, spirit, determination and effort that I would get if I picked any of the travelling supporters to represent the badge.
