Winner of first round replay will take on fellow League 1 side in second round.
Gillingham or Sunderland will play either AFC Wimbledon or Doncaster Rovers at home in the second round of this season’s Emirates FA Cup.
The draw was made on Monday evening and it will see either the Gills or Phil Parkinson’s men at home in the next round against fellow League 1 opposition.
Gillingham and Sunderland will have to contest a replay at MEMS Priestfield Stadium next week for the right to compete in the second round.
