The Manager answers a few questions prior to Tuesday's game at the Memorial Stadium.
Q1. The boys have been back in today. Has the virus got worse or are we in a better place for Tuesday?
A1... All the lads who had the virus symptoms have trained this morning and at present we have no new casualties.
A few of the lads lost in excess of two kilos each so that in itself shows us what problems it created, but hopefully we are all clear now.
Q2. Which players, if any, come back into the mix?
A2.... Apart from Matty Willock we have everyone available for selection and that is vital given how small our squad is.
We have the smallest squad in League 1 and at times that can present problems but on the positive side we are in a good place today versus Thursday and Friday last week.
Q3. Tough game at the Memorial Stadium, will you be asking for a repeat of Saturday's display?
A3... Bristol Rovers have a very good Manager in Graham Coughlan and he has helped build a very good team.
Any team that can go away to Lincoln City and win fairly comfortably deserves the highest level of respect from any team at any level in English football.
Q4. As a Manager/Coach, do you do anything different preparation wise for an away fixture?
A4.... There are many things that are different, especially given the travelling.
We will travel on the day given it's an evening fixture but the boys will enjoy a comfortable journey and relax at the team hotel for a few hours before the game.
Q5. And what will the midweek plan be to get ready for Ipswich on Saturday?
A5.... I must admit the plan for recovery post the game on Tuesday would be the same regardless of who we play.
The reality is we will all get back to Medway late and in the early hours of Wednesday so the lads will enjoy a day to relax at home.
On Thursday they will all be back in early as we need to be ready to face a team who I believe will make an immediate return to The Championship come next May.
