Cisse agrees deal with Leyton Orient.
Ousseynou Cisse has joined Leyton Orient on a two-year deal.
The 29-year-old French midfielder spent time on loan with the club last season and, following his release by Gillingham, has moved quickly to agree terms.
He made 10 appearances for the O’s during 2019/20, scoring one goal which came against Stevenage in a 3-0 win in early February.
Ouss began his career in France with PSG and Amiens before signing for Dijon in 2012. Three years followed before being snapped up by Rayo Vallecano, however a year later he was on the move again, this time to Tours, before moving to England in the summer of 2017 to play for MK Dons. After two seasons with the club Steve Evans secured the midfielder’s signature last summer, but he featured just five times before electing to go out on loan.
Everyone at Gillingham Football Club would like to thank Ouss for his services and we wish him well for the future.
