Gills fans can have their flags or banners displayed in the Rainham End with the help of our matchday staff.
With fans unable to attend games at present due to COVID-19 protocols, the team at MEMS Priestfield Stadium have been thinking of ways to try and make matchdays as atmospheric as possible.
Crowd noise is played during fixtures and Doug Hudson continues to play his part in getting fans pumped up from the comforts of their own homes.
Currently, all season ticket holders can watch games through iFollow, we are uploading video clips as regularly as we can, and the manager is keeping supporters updated as often as possible.
However, earlier on in the season, we were approached as to whether fans could have their banners or flags displayed in the Rainham End so they could be seen on iFollow around the world.
We are now in a position where this can be done but, with fans not able to step inside the stadium, our matchday team will be the ones putting flags up, or taking them down, as and when instructed.
If you have a flag or banner then we ask that this is placed in the dedicated crate in the club car park, which is undercover. Our team will empty this on a daily basis.
If you want your flag/banner back then you must attach/staple a waterproof sheet containing your details which our team can retain for future reference. If you have a usual seat in the Rainham End then please provide it, and one of the staff will place as close to your position as possible. However, we are expecting space to fill up fast!
