Home tie for Gills in round two.
Gillingham will play Coventry City in the second round of the Carabao Cup at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Tuesday September 15.
Kick-off is set for 6pm.
Steve Evans' side progressed in the competition as a result of a 1-0 win over Southend on Saturday, and a victory for the Gills would set up an away tie at either Wolves or Stoke in round three.
Coventry beat MK Dons in the opening round and will compete in the Championship this season after being promoted from League 1 earlier this year.
