Offices and phone lines to open late on Monday morning.
The Football Club would like to inform fans that the offices at MEMS Priestfield Stadium, and the phone lines, will open at a slightly later time on Monday July 12.
Our reception, delivery areas and customer engagement phone lines will now be operating from 10.30am.
We appreciate a number of supporters are awaiting replies regarding issues with their password reset procedure on our new ticketing platform. Our team will work hard to reply to every message within the next 48 hours.
