Lincoln will be the visitors to ME7 for first league fixture of 2021/22.
Gillingham will play Lincoln City at home on the opening day of the 2021/22 Sky Bet League 1 season.
Lincoln, who narrowly missed out on promotion last season after losing to Blackpool in the play-off Final at Wembley, are set to make the trip to ME7 on Saturday August 7.
A week later, Steve Evans's side will take to the road to take on Plymouth Argyle in the club's first away fixture of the campaign.
On Boxing Day Ipswich visit Priestfield, with Rotherham making the journey south themselves on the final day of the season, which is set for Saturday April 30.
