Season ticket survey feedback

Over 1550 supporters have now completed our season ticket holder questionnaire.

The Football Club would like to thank all supporters who have completed the survey that was made public earlier this month, and we are happy to provide further feedback following initial communication on June 11.

We would like to say thank you to all those who have donated their money to the Football Club from the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons, and results from a couple of the questions within the survey can be seen below.

As you can see from this first screenshot (Q13 on the survey), approximately 79% of people, in total, who had season tickets during 2020/21, have decided to donate their funds to the Football Club and, as a result, will be entitled to a free replica home or away shirt and a reduced season ticket price for 2021/22.

This next screenshot, from Q14, shows that 55% of people who had season tickets during the curtailed 2019/20 campaign have decided to donate their funds back to the Football Club. Approximately 38% of people have decided to accept five individual league match tickets for next season in exchange for the tickets that were unable to be used.

If you are yet to fill out the survey then you can do so by clicking here.

Please consider that, if more than one person in your household has a season ticket, the survey will be need to be filled out on different devices. The survey cannot be completed more than once on the same device.

Several questions have reached us via email and social media platforms, and we would like to clarify the position on a few topics:

Q: I purchased a two-year season ticket in early 2020. Has my second season been affected?

A: No, not at all. Your seat will remain exactly the same. However, we ask you fill out the survey (if you haven't already) and fill out the questions that are applicable to you.

Q: I can't get beyond certain questions in the survey. Have I done something wrong?

A: No. A number of questions are mandatory so you need to answer these to be able to continue. If question 13 and/or 14 are not applicable to you, you can tick the appropriate option.

Q: Is there a deadline in which I need to complete the survey?

A: Yes, all responses need to have reached us by June 25 at 5pm please.

Q: I've not had an email confirming I have completed the survey. Do I need to do it again?

A: No. Once you have submitted your answers, they automatically go into the database. However, if you want to be sure, email media@priestfield.com.

Q: For the season 2019/20 I have taken the option of having five individual match tickets for league matches of my choosing in 2021/22. Do these all have to be used for one league game?

A: No. You will have the ability to utilise the tickets as you wish (over one game or five).

Q: When will season tickets go on sale for 2021/22?

A: We hope to have them on sale by early July, however we are unable to offer a specific date as the new ticketing system still requires important development work. As for prices, we will be publish these shortly.

We would like to place on record our thanks to all fans for their co-operation, understanding and patience during, what has been, a challenging period. We will offer further communication as and when we can.
