Following feedback from supporters, we can confirm the club's main ticket office will be open every Friday, and on every home matchday with immediate effect.
With the 2021/22 season now well underway, the club wishes to update supporters on our ticketing procedures going forward to ensure anyone wishing to join us at MEMS Priestfield Stadium is aware of the various options available when it comes to purchasing match tickets.
ONLINE – With the introduction of our new ticketing system, supplied by SecuTix, we have seen our online purchases surpass 90%, seeing a huge reduction to matchday queues in the ticket office. For the majority of supporters, purchasing online is the quickest and easiest way to watch the Gills with both home and away tickets are available through our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
ON THE PHONE – Our Customer Engagement Team continues to grow and are on hand to take your calls Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. For supporters who cannot, or do not wish to purchase online, all tickets enquiries can be dealt with over the phone on 01634 300000. Please note that whilst our average wait time to answer calls is currently around 30-45 seconds, this can be longer during busy periods.

IN PERSON – Whilst there is only a very small number of people looking to purchase their tickets directly here at Priestfield, we will continue in person sales to ensure all supporters have access to a member of staff when purchasing their tickets. The ticket office will be open to supporters at the following times:
Every Friday – 10am – 4pm
Home Matchdays (Weekends) – 9am – Kick-Off
Home Matchdays (Midweek) – 12pm – Kick-Off
These times are in place with immediate effect.
For those supporters purchasing away tickets online or over the phone, these can be sent out via the post (if ordered 72 hours in advance), or will be available 24 hours after purchasing from our Click and Collect point on Redfern Avenue, between 10am and 4pm, Monday – Friday.
Our Click and Collect area is placed at Gate L on Redfern Avenue.
