The club's final game of the season will now be an early kick-off.
Gillingham's final fixture of the 2021/22 Sky Bet League 1 season at home to Rotherham will now kick-off at 12.30pm.
All matches in the division will kick-off at the same time. Originally, the game was scheduled to get underway at 3pm, but the EFL confirmed the change last month.
The Millers, under the management of Paul Warne, are currently top of the league and are chasing an immediate return to the Championship.
Rotherham came from behind earlier on in the season to beat Gills 5-1 at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
Tickets for the game will go on sale soon.
