January's Emirates FA Cup tie at home to Leicester City will be broadcast live on BBC One.
Gillingham's Emirates FA Cup third round tie at home to Leicester City, scheduled to take place on Saturday January 7, will be broadcast live on BBC One.
Kick-Off is set for 1230 against the former Premier League champions.
Neil Harris' men have had to contest replays in the opening two rounds of the competition for the right to host Leicester in round three, defeating AFC Fylde (1-0) and Dagenham & Redbridge (3-2) respectively at Priestfield.
The fixture was not on the original list of picks for live broadcast, but the club has now been informed that BBC One will televise the game.
Leicester, under the management of Brendan Rodgers, are currently 13th in the Premier League table and won the FA Cup in 2021, defeating Chelsea 1-0 in the Final at Wembley Stadium.
The Foxes were Premier League Champions in 2015-16.
Season ticket holders, and those who purchased tickets for the replays against AFC Fylde and/or Dagenham & Redbridge respectively, can buy tickets by logging into their online accounts.
