The Gills will travel to Margate for their second round Kent Cup tie.
Gillingham will play Margate at Hartsdown Park in the second round of this season's Kent Senior Cup.
The Gills received a bye in the first round having reached the semi finals of the 2019/20 competition, being defeated 1-0 by Whitstable at the Belmont.
A tie for the date has not yet been confirmed, this will follow in due course along with ticketing information.
