Youngster agrees loan deal with Worthing.
Josh Chambers has joined National League side Worthing on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old signed in time to make his debut on Saturday, with the club drawing 0-0 at Hungerford Town.
Josh returned to the Gills in late September having been offered a new contract at the end of last season. He featured in both Papa John's Trophy games against Colchester and Brighton U21 respectively.
Having come through the club's academy, Chambers made his pro debut in April, starting against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
