The club have added a forward to their attacking options.
The club have signed Kieron Agbebi from Dover Athletic.
The 18-year-old forward, who played under Andy Hessenthaler at Crabble, has featured in friendlies against Lordswood and Sittingbourne respectively during the pre-season campaign and is expected to feature for the `B` team going forwards.
Agbebi joined the Dover academy in July of 2021 and was called up to the first-team squad in March of 2022. He was part of Whites’ under-19 side that clinched the National League South title last season.
He has been allocated shirt number 36.
Manager Neil Harris said: “It’s giving people an opportunity and we just don’t know. We look for attributes, player profile, to what we want and see the level they are playing at.
“If they are excelling at that level and we think they can come here with their attributes to have a chance of progressing with us to first team football one day then we will try and take them.
“Kieron comes into that, a bit like Ike last year.
“There are no guarantees for these players that they will make it to first team level but they have attributes that we like and data that we like and we give them an opportunity to develop.”
