Neil Harris and his team will find out who they will play in the second round of the Carabao Cup on Wednesday evening.
Gillingham have been allocated ball number eight in the southern section of Wednesday night's Carabao Cup second round draw.
The Gills defeated Southampton 3-1 at Priestfield on Tuesday night with Robbie McKenzie (2) and Ashley Nadesan bagging the goals.
Premier League sides who are not in European competition enter the draw at this stage, so the prospect of facing Chelsea or Tottenham is a possibility. Like the first round, the draw is regionalised.
It will take place live on Sky Sports following the Burton Albion v Leicester City fixture.
Second round ties will be played week commencing August 28.
