Gills have clinched the signing of centre-back Conor Masterson on loan.
Neil Harris has added to his defensive options with the capture of Queens Park Rangers centre-back, Conor Masterson, on loan for the rest of the season.
The 24-year-old former Republic of Ireland U21 international returns to ME7 after spending the second half of last season with the Gills, making 18 appearances in total before returning to Loftus Road.
He featured in QPR's 3-2 win over Watford in the Championship at Vicarage Road in August, coming on as a second half substitute.
Conor joined Liverpool on his 16th birthday and was an unused sub in a Champions League encounter against Manchester City in April 2018, before being part of the Premier League squad who played Everton just a few days later.
In the summer of 2019 the defender departed Anfield and joined QPR on a free transfer and he made his debut for the Championship club in January 2020 in a 5-1 win over Swansea in the FA Cup.
Loan spells at Swindon and Cambridge followed before Gills snapped up the centre-back last January on a deal which ran until the conclusion of the 2021/22 campaign.
Conor, subject to EFL ratification, has signed in time to be eligible for selection ahead of Saturday's game at Swindon.
We officially welcome Conor back to the club.
