George Lapslie could return to the squad as Gills prepare to visit Barrow.
A quick turnaround of fixtures sees the men from ME7 head to Barrow for their second away match in three days.
Having secured three points away in an impressive team performance versus Salford City this past weekend, Stephen Clemence takes the Gills back on the road hoping to make it three wins on the spin at the SO Legal Stadium.
Having now positioned themselves back in the Play-Off positions, the Gills squad will come up against a fresh Barrow side looking to make their two games in hand count towards their own Play-Off aspirations.

Team News:
There were no additional injury concerns following the victory away to Salford City this past Saturday.
Stephen Clemence will continue to be without the services of Dom Jefferies (Thigh), Josh Andrews (Strain) and Jorge Hurtado (Knee) for the trip up to Cumbria. All three continue to work on their recoveries but will remain unavailable for the midweek clash with Barrow.
Jake Turner has now recovered from a hip injury sustained in our recent fixture versus Stockport and is available to feature this Tuesday evening. However, Glenn Morris is set to remain in goal. George Lapslie could return following injury.
As for Barrow, they are set to play their first fixture since February 17 with postponements halting their schedule.
Junior Tiensia could make an appearance for the Bluebirds having participated in training this week following an injury, whilst Jamie Proctor will be unavailable to Pete Wild due to the player serving a four-match suspension.
Manager Comments:
Stephen Clemence: “It is a game to look forward to and I try to look one game at a time. Let’s go up to Barrow, their game at Crawley was called off, they have benefited from that extra bit of rest but we won’t make that an excuse, we are in a confident mood.
“There have been one or two performances where we have played teams at the bottom of the league and people have expected us to roll them over but you have to earn every point in this division.
Pete Wild: “This is the exciting part of the season and they are in and around us and we know that Gillingham are where we want to be at the end of the season, and that makes it an exciting game.”
Previous Meeting:
The Gills last made the trip up to Cumbria back in April 2023, with the squad looking to secure vital points on the board as the 21/22 League Two season drew to a close.
After an unfortunate early own goal gave the hosts the lead on the day, Gillingham put in a dominant performance throughout the match and pulled the scores level through a Conor Masterson header in the 82nd minute.
A late strike from Robbie Gotts deep into added time ultimately gave Barrow the win.
Head-to-Head:
Barrow – 6
Draw – 6
Gillingham – 10
The 22/23 League Two campaign saw the two teams meet for the first time since 1972, after the Gills’ drop from League One the previous year.
Gillingham hold a winning record against our next opponents, registering 10 wins to Barrow’s six across all previous meetings. The two clubs have never met in cup competition.
