Gillingham will play Southend United in a pre-season friendly at Roots Hall on Saturday July 27, and tickets can be purchased online with immediate effect.
The Gills are unbeaten so far during pre-season, drawing once and winning twice.
Southend, under the management of former Gills midfielder Kevin Maher, finished ninth in the National League last season.
The two clubs last met in a competitive fixture in September 2020 when a solitary goal from Connor Ogilvie was enough for Gills to prevail in the opening round of the EFL Cup, despite Ryan Jackson being sent off just before the hour mark.
Kick-Off has been set for 1pm this weekend. Away supporters will be located in the Solopress North Bank Stand.
