Mark Moss will soon be leaving his role as Gills Youth Team Coach to take on the role of Academy Manager at Swindon Town.
Mark, 39, arrived at MEMS Priestfield Stadium from Southend in December 2021 and has helped develop players such as Joe Gbode, Harry Webster, Stanley Skipper and Joshua Bayliss.
Last season, Moss helped guide Gills to the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup where Sunderland eventually prevailed at ME7.
He will start his new role at the County Ground on November 4.
