Stanley Skipper has signed for Bowers & Pitsea on a 28-day loan agreement.
Skipper, 19, signed his first professional contract at the club in May having completed his two-year apprenticeship program. He has featured twice for the first-team, once last season against Portsmouth in the EFL Trophy before coming on as a second-half sub in the same competition this season against Crystal Palace.
The midfielder enjoyed a brief loan spell with Ashford United at the end of last season and has recently returned from injury. However, he did recover in time to play in Gills Kent Senior Cup tie away to Ebbsfleet earlier this month.
He could make his debut for Bowers & Pitsea this Saturday when they host Chatham Town in the FA Trophy. However his first Ishthmian Premier League debut is likely to come away to Hendon on November 2.
We wish Stanley good luck!
