We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bartending, a strong knowledge of beverages, and excellent customer service skills.
This role involves crafting high-quality drinks, managing bar operations, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our fans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, including taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, craft beers, and wine, while adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management to address any issues or special requests.
• Compliance: Ensure all beverage service complies with local laws and regulations, including checking IDs to verify the legal drinking age.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in bar work required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
