The towering striker arrived at Priestfield in January 2024 having spent the first half of the season at fellow League 2 side, Accrington Stanley.
Andrews, born in Birmingham, joined the Blues at aged nine and signed scholarship terms in 2018 before becoming a pro in 2020. His deal was extended two years later, within which time he spent loan spells at Harrogate, Rochdale and Doncaster.
At the start of the 2023-24 campaign the forward agreed to join Accrington on a season-long loan but, in January, Gillingham secured his services on a permanent basis and he netted his first goal in a 3-0 home win over Barrow in mid-April.
