Currently in his fourth campaign with the Gills, following his release by Hull City, with whom he had been since the age of 9, in August 2020, having featured 12 times for the Tigers in the Championship in 2019-20. The defender made his Gillingham league début in the 2020-21 opening day home defeat against his former club and made 41 appearances in all competitions during the campaign, scoring once, in the 4-1 victory at Rochdale.
