Following two loan spells at Priestfield, Conor finally made his move to Kent permanent in the summer of 2023.
He had previously played under Steve Lovell and returned for a second time under Neil Harris following the takeover of the club by the Galinsons.
The towering centre-half made 48 appearances for the Gills during the 2023-24 season, scoring six times in the process. He was named the club’s “Player of the Year” at the end of awards presentation dinner.
Conor came through the youth ranks at Liverpool, being named as a substitute for a Champions League tie against Manchester City in April 2018. He moved to QPR a year later.
He has also featured for both Swindon and Cambridge, as well as featuring for the Republic or Ireland at U17, U19 and U21 level.
