Having worked under Kenny Jackett at Leyton Orient, the 24-year-old midfielder signed a permanent contract at Priestfield in January 2023 having been recalled from a loan spell at Bromley.

Coleman began his career in the youth ranks at Reading but made his pro debut in an FA Cup tie while on loan at Brackley. He also played for Kings Lynn before joining Orient in January of 2022.

Ethan was voted the club’s “Players’ Player of the Year” following the conclusion of the 2023/24 campaign.
