SHARE YOUR TERRACE MEMORIES

Share your favourite memories of former stadiums

Gillingham fans who use Twitter are being asked for their favourite memories of former stadiums for a brand new football magazine launching shortly – and if you do you could stand a chance of receiving a free copy of issue one through the post!

Issue one of ‘Terrace’ magazine includes a feature on English grounds which are no longer with us, and Gills supporters are asked to take a trip down memory lane by sharing your best memories of former grounds you’ve visited whilst travelling round the country watching the Gills.

Whether it’s a certain aspect of the ground itself you were fond of, or a special atmosphere experienced, or a memorable goal or game seen, all nostalgic memories of former grounds will be welcomed. The sights, the sounds, the smells – what do you miss the most about the grounds no longer part of the modern game?

Every contribution will be considered for entry, and a selection will appear in the first issue. And if yours is included, you’ll be sent a free copy.

All you have to do is follow @terracemag on Twitter, and Tweet your favourite memory using the hashtag #terraceissue1

Meanwhile, the magazine also plans to use its Facebook page for a number of different footballing debates, as well as giving away a number of items in various competitions which will appear in the first issue. To stay in touch you can like their Facebook page at facebook.com/terracemagazine
