CHAIRMAN’S OPEN HOUSE UPDATE

Chairman Paul Scally brings us an update on Sunday’s open house sessions

Gillingham Chairman Paul Scally held the first of three open house sessions for supporters in his office at MEMS Priestfield Stadium on Sunday. In total seven Gills supporters attended with the Chairman reflecting that the session went “very well and was a very constructive experience with a good exchange of views.”

One of the main issues raised by the supporters was that of the transference of Season Tickets in the event that season ticket holders are unable to attend a fixture. The Chairman confirmed that the policy will remain in place for the remainder of the 2013/14 season but agreed to examine the issue of removing the transferal fee for next season.

Supporters also asked if first team training sessions are open to the public, as they have been in previous seasons. Manager Peter Taylor has confirmed that sessions are open for everyone to attend, and added that he looks forward to welcoming our supporters to Beechings Cross.

Any supporters still wishing to attend an open house session with the Chairman can do so on the following dates:

Tuesday 17 December 10.00am-12.00 midday and 6.00pm-8.00pm

Sunday 29 December 11.30am-1.00pm
